The 2806F automatic softening point tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T 4507 "Determination of Asphalt Softening Point (Global Method)" and the Chinese industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" T 0606-2011 "Asphalt Softening Point Test (Global Method)". It is the latest upgraded product developed by our company and is suitable for measuring the softening point of various types of asphalt such as road petroleum asphalt, coal tar pitch, liquid petroleum asphalt, etc. It is the preferred instrument for asphalt production enterprises, highway and bridge construction units, as well as relevant colleges and research institutions.

This instrument is also suitable for testing the softening point of various substances such as polymer modified asphalt, construction asphalt, resin products, etc. with a softening point not exceeding 160 ℃.

This instrument adopts microcomputer control, 4.3-inch true color touch screen operation and display, linear heating of electric heating tube, automatic stirring of bath solution and other working modes. It can simultaneously test the softening point of two samples, automatically calculate the average value after the test is completed, and automatically display the test results. This instrument is easy to operate and use, with stable and reliable measurement results and high detection efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for testing the softening point of petroleum asphalt in asphalt professional laboratories.
