This instrument is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquids at a constant temperature according to the national standard GB/T265-88 Petroleum Product Kinematic Viscosity Determination Method.
Structure and main specifications of the instrument:
The instrument consists of components such as capillary viscometer, mercury thermometer, electric stirring device, electric heater, temperature controller, and single cylinder constant temperature bath.
1. Capillary viscometer:
A group of 6 capillary viscometers are used, all of which meet the technical requirements of GB/T265-88 standard SY3607-82. The inner diameters of the capillaries are 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, and 2.0 millimeters, respectively. (If there are other needs, users need to provide them separately.)
2. Mercury thermometer:
Mercury thermometers comply with the technical requirements of GB514-83 for liquid thermometers used in petroleum product testing. This instrument is equipped with a thermometer for kinematic viscosity, one for 0 ℃ to 100 ℃.
3. Electric mixer:
Composed of an electric motor with a power of 15W, 220V, 220V, 1200r/min, and stainless steel stirring blades.
4. Electric heater:
The electric heater is made of electric heating tubes with a heating power of 600W/220.
5. Temperature controller:
This instrument uses a digital time proportional temperature regulator:
① Temperature control range: Room temperature~100 ℃ (optional)
② Resolution: 0.1 ℃
③ Temperature control accuracy: ± 0.1 ℃
6. Single cylinder constant temperature bath:
The diameter of the constant temperature bath is 240 millimeters and the height is 250 millimeters. It is made of 95 material hard glass and is equipped with two brackets on the cylinder head for holding the capillary viscometer. The verticality of the capillary viscometer can be adjusted arbitrarily. The cover is also equipped with an electric heater, thermometer, and sensor probe holder.
